The Savant Elite 2 Single Pedal is a programmable USB foot pedal that can be operated on Windows and Mac. The pedal is set up to perform either a left or right mouse click, but it can easily be re-programmed to perform any action or combination from keyboard or mouse.

It's an excellent ergonomic tool which reduces unnecessary hand and arm strain by assigning mouse clicks and awkward key combinations to the simple tap of a foot. The pedal is also highly useful for hands-free computer applications in various areas like transcription or medical imaging. 

The default programming of the right mouse click can easily be changed without having to download a driver. You can re-program the pedal action with the SmartSet App or by just editing the simple text configuration files stored to the pedals. You can also create text macros, customized key sequences or even combinations for any software that recognizes keyboard and mouse input.

The SmartSet App features a graphical use interface for programming the pedal. Windows and Mac versions of the App are pre-loaded on the flash memory and all assigned actions are stored to the device, so the pedal can move to other computers without reprogramming.
