If you require access to joystick button 4, select the the Additional Jack option and then purchase a stand-alone JSB/SE2 Single Pedal accessory for an additional input.

It's an excellent ergonomic device which eliminates unnecessary hand and arm strain by reducing mouse clicks and awkward key combinations. The pedals are also highly useful for hands-free computer applications in various areas like transcription or medical imaging.
